i've been doing some writing lately. i wrote this today and i kinda like it.
A TRIP TO THE SKY
a ray of sun. the clouds move out. things unnoticed now clear as glass. the sky is smiling down on us. the heavens hold nothing but malice towards a poisoned past. faced in the right direction with minimal detour, the path is opening in front of me. follow the path to a new existence says the mediator of sorts. this is the last chance to turn back but it will not be taken. buckle down and chase the light at the end of the tunnel. with nothing in my way not even hell can stop me. there is only one thing left in the timeless process. one more stint in the distance comes the unknown but i no longer have to face it alone. take my hand and together we'll fly.
